Founder, Jessica Joseph, started her career in management in 2016, gaining her experience as Talent Manager at the first of its kind, digital talent management company Gleam Futures, before moving to influencer marketing platform, Whalar, to help build their global talent arm, Whalar Stars. Since her venture into the industry, she has been consistently passionate about levelling the playing field and ensuring that the creator economy creates equal opportunities for all talent.

Nicholas Shepherd joined the team in 2021 to bring his years of sales experience, business development and brand creation expertise to Season25. With multiple successful talent brands launched in his previous role at Kite.ly, later acquired by Canon Europe, Nic brings the perfect blend of a data driven approach and creative mindset to ensure our brand activations and talent projects continue to excel.
